PENSCO Trust Company and PENSCO, Inc. (PENSCO) recognize and respect
the privacy expectations of our customers. We are providing this notice
to you so that you will know what kinds of information we collect about
our customers and the circumstances in which that information may be disclosed
to third parties who are not affiliated with our firm.

We collect non-public personal information about our customers from the
following sources:
- Account Application and other forms, which may include a customer's
name, address, social security number, and information about a customer's
investment goals and risk tolerance;
- Account History, including information about the transactions
and balances in a customer's accounts; and
- Correspondence, written, telephonic or electronic between a
customer and PENSCO or service providers to PENSCO.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
We do not disclose personal information to third parties who are not
affiliated with PENSCO, unless one or more of the following circumstances
exists;
- As Authorized - if you request or authorize the disclosure of
the information (e.g. to your "designated representative").
- As Permitted by Law - for example, sharing information with
companies who maintain or service customer accounts for PENSCO is permitted
and is essential for us to provide customers with necessary or useful
services with respect to their accounts. Furthermore, we may disclose
or report personal information , such as account and transaction data,
where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required or permitted
under law (e.g., to cooperate with regulators, receivers, or to resolve
customer disputes).

We train our staff to safeguard personal information of our clients,
and they are required to use such information for business purposes only.
We require service providers to PENSCO:
- To maintain policies and procedures designated to assure only
appropriate access to, and use of information about customers of PENSCO;
and
- To maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that
comply with federal standards to guard non-public personal information
of customers of PENSCO.
- We continue to evaluate our efforts to protect personal information
and make every effort to keep your information up to date.
- If for any reason we change our policies regarding the disclosure
of customer information, we will give you advance notice.

We will adhere to the policies and practices described in this notice
regardless of whether you are a current or former customer of PENSCO.
