Several unique sponsorship opportunities are available on a limited
basis. Here are a few key reasons you should consider them:

You will receive:
- A 6' X 3' draped table
- Two chairs
- One wastebasket
- Two complimentary attendee badges
- Your logo displayed on the Symposium website
- 50-word Company Profile in Symposium program
There will be neither wall draping nor separators. We will provide
tabletop signage for each exhibitor and sponsor. Since the area
for each table is 6' X 8', we must prohibit the use of pop-up
displays. Tabletop displays are permissible.
Increase your visibility at the Symposium by sponsoring a breakfast,
or two daily breaks, or the evening cocktail reception.
In addition to the exhibitor level package, you will receive:
- Prominent signage for the activity you sponsor
- Your logo displayed on Symposium materials
- Priority in selecting your table space in the exhibit hall
You will sponsor Ed Slott's keynote session on the opening day
of the Symposium.
In addition to the Cable Car level package, you will receive:
- 3-minute speaking opportunity at the keynote session
- 100- word Company Profile in Symposium program
- Prominent signage during the keynote session
- Your logo displayed on the screen before and after the keynote
session
- Opportunity to include promotional inserts in the Symposium
attaché
- First selection in table space in the exhibit hall
Sponsor the Preferred Professional Awards luncheon on the opening
day of the Symposium.
In addition to the Cable Car level package, you will receive:
- 5-minute speaking opportunity at luncheon
- 150-word Company Profile in Symposium program
- Prominent signage during the awards luncheon
- Your logo displayed on the screen during the luncheon
- Opportunity to include promotional inserts in the Symposium

- Premier exhibit table in the entrance foyer of the exhibit
hall where you may use a pop-up display (no larger than 6 feet
wide).
