PENSCO Trust Preferred Professional
The PENSCO Trust Preferred Professional program was created to help clients reach professionals who can assist them with the different facets of self-directed investing. In the role of custodian, PENSCO Trust is not involved in assisting clients select investments. PENSCO Trust does offer seminars and conducts educational events for professionals who are interested in self-directed investing, who then in turn can help clients. Preferred Professionals are generally, but not limited to, CPAs, attorneys, realtors and mortgage brokers, asset sponsors and financial advisors who have indicated that they provide investments or professional advisory services for self-directed IRA or retirement plan accounts, and have an interest in being listed as a resource for PENSCO Trust.
To locate a member of the PENSCO Trust Preferred Professional program in your area, please review the information below which explains PENSCO Trust Company's relationship to the Preferred Professionals in the program and click the 'I Agree' button to confirm your agreement. - Evaluates, recommends, warrants, guarantees or otherwise endorses the legality, propriety, performance or reliability of any investment, service, statement, opinion or other representation of any Preferred Professional or other service provider;
- Shall in any event be liable for any misinformation, misrepresentation, negligence, act, omission, investment results or any wrongdoing of any Preferred Professional or other service provider;
- Has any agreement or arrangement with any Preferred Professional or other service provider with regard to any investment or service that may be provided to PENSCO Trust account owners or other investors;
- Has any financial arrangement or affiliation with any Preferred Professional or any service provider.
I agree that it is solely my decision, based on my own or other evaluations I may conduct, to choose to work with any Preferred Professional or any other service provider. Therefore, I agree PENSCO Trust Company and PENSCO, Inc. shall not be liable for any misrepresentation, misinformation, negligence, act, omission, investment results or any wrongdoing of any Preferred Professional or other service provider. Additionally, I agree to indemnify and otherwise hold harmless PENSCO Trust Company, PENSCO Inc. and its assigns, successors, officers, directors and agents, from any and all claims due to any consequences of any dealings with Preferred Professionals or other service provider.
