Complete the proper PENSCO forms and return the original signature pages to PENSCO.
- Complete IRA Application and Funding Forms Online
To fund new accounts you may make new contributions or rollover or transfer funds from any of your current eligible plans.
- Complete the appropriate funding form(s)
- Determine which funding form is right for you

STEP 3 – INVEST IN THE ASSETS OF YOUR CHOICE
