If you will be making a contribution to your new IRA
- Complete an IRA Application form.
- Make your contribution in the form of a check payable to "PENSCO Trust Company FBO 'Your Name' IRA (or SEP IRA or Roth IRA, etc.)". Please indicate the tax year for which the contribution is intended and the fact that it is a contribution in the memo section of the check.
- Mail the Application and the Check to PENSCO Trust Company's San Francisco Office.
