Security of customer information

We train our staff to safeguard personal information of our clients, and they are required to use such information for business purposes only.

We require service providers to PENSCO:

To maintain policies and procedures designated to assure only appropriate access to, and use of information about customers of PENSCO
To maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard non-public personal information of customers of PENSCO
We continue to evaluate our efforts to protect personal information and make every effort to keep your information up to date
If for any reason we change our policies regarding the disclosure of customer information, we will give you advance notice
